I saw a man, dead and decaying, lying in a ditch. Worms and maggots were eating his rotting flesh. I heard the Lord walking toward the man. I then saw the Lord grab a band-aid and apply the band-aid to an open decaying 'wound' on the man's leg. Then the Lord grabbed needle and thread and stitched up an open decaying 'wound' on the man's arm. Then the man's skin dried up and turned to dust.
This is the wisdom and the hope of the whole world. This is people's idea of God. At some point, people will need to ask themselves, "What's the point?". But then they would become the object of their own horror as they realized they were rejected and abandoned by God - which is unacceptable.
